Canadian Truckers score big victory over Trudeau in federal court! In a historic decision, Canada’s Federal Court on January 23, 2024, ruled the government’s use of the Emergencies Act in 2022 to disperse the Freedom Convoy protesting the government’s COVID-19 vaccine mandates was “unreasonable” and violated several articles of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Freezing the bank accounts of protesters and supporters also violated Canada’s Charter and amounted to “unreasonable seizure.” In his ruling, Justice Richard G. Mosley said the government’s invocation of the Emergencies Act “does not bear the hallmarks of reasonableness—justification, transparency, and intelligibility—and was not justified in relation to the relevant factual and legal constraints that were required to be taken into consideration.”

German farmers successfully revolt against the government’s attack on the country’s food supply! In what feels like the German version of our Truckers Freedom Convoy, an estimated 6,000 tractors rolled into Berlin’s Brandenburg Gate, culminating a weeks-long nationwide demonstration called the “tractor rebellion.” Organizers estimated 30,000 attendees at this peak event. The immediate catalyst was the government’s decision to remove tax benefits on agricultural diesel and farm vehicles. However, the farmers’ grievances extend beyond tax concerns, highlighting longstanding frustrations with stringent environmental regulations and burdensome bureaucracy that ultimately result in high costs to produce food. This protest successfully forced the government to return to the negotiating table. Similar movements are taking place in Poland, Romania, and France.

Charges against Saskatchewan nurse who opposed vaccine mandates have been defeated! The College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan has ruled in favour of Registered Nurse Leah McInnes following a disciplinary hearing. In their January 12, 2024 decision, they said the case against her shouldn’t have even proceeded to a hearing. The College’s Investigation Committee had accused McInnes of professional misconduct for speaking against vaccine mandates and passports on social media and protesting against vaccine mandates.

A BC Arbitrator rules Purolator unjustly terminated employees who refused to get vaccinated against COVID-19. The arbitrator has also ordered Purolator to compensate the employees for lost wages and benefits.

A billion-dollar class action lawsuit in Ontario Superior Court has been certified against Monsanto Canada over claims that its leading herbicide, Roundup, causes cancer. The lawsuit also places Health Canada’s regulatory standards under scrutiny –and may have potential repercussions for chemical regulation in Canada, emphasizing the regulatory body’s perceived preference for industry studies and its alleged sluggish response to concerns. At the heart of this legal battle is the safety of glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup. Bayer, the parent company, has consistently defended its product, citing approval from Health Canada as evidence of its safety. Despite the company not conducting proper scientific research to test for side effects like cancer, the anecdotal evidence linking glyphosate to a very rare form of lymphoma is overwhelming. To date, Bayer Monsanto has paid out over 12 billion USD to plaintiffs who have developed cancer after using Roundup.

COVID vaccine injuries hit the mainstream media! In a report on January 5, 2024, CTV highlighted the devastating impact of these injuries, stating that they have caused life-altering consequences.

A group of 3,000 doctors and medical professionals are suing the US Department of Health and Human Services over a mandate that forces Medicaid physicians to provide “gender-affirming” care to children. This “care” includes prescribing hormone treatments and puberty blockers and performing surgery such as removing girls’ breasts.

BC’s Interior Health Region has discontinued using rapid antigen tests for COVID-19. A leaked internal memo dated January 8, 2024, states that the tests have been deemed “unreliable for diagnosing COVID-19.”

Argentina’s President, Javier Milei, slams the establishment at the elite World Economic Forum gathering. “Today, I’m here to tell you that the Western world is in danger,” the Argentine president said. “It is in danger because those who are supposed to have to defend the values of the West are co-opted by a vision of the world that inexorably leads to socialism and thereby to poverty.”

Alberta Premier Danielle Smith promises to enshrine into law protections for people in Alberta who choose not to be vaccinated, as well as safeguard free speech by beefing up the provincial Bill of Rights. “I can give you my commitment that no one is going to be forced to make a medical choice that they don’t want to,” Smith told reporter Shaun Newman.

The FDA finally released the final batch of Pfizer Documents, only two years after they declared it would take a staggering 75 years to release all the data. We can thank a group of scientists and medical researchers for having sued the FDA under FOIA to force the release of hundreds of thousands of documents related to the licensing of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 “vaccine.” The good news is that independent scientists and researchers can now see everything the FDA saw when they decided that this shot was “safe and effective.”

Florida surgeon general calls for a halt of COVID-19 Vaccines. In a statement made on January 3, 2024, Dr. Joseph Ladapo called for a halt to the use of all COVID-19 mRNA injections, citing concerns over the recent discovery of DNA fragments in the vials. “These vaccines are not appropriate for use in human beings… It is my hope that, in regard to COVID-19, the FDA will one day seriously consider its regulatory responsibility to protect human health, including the integrity of the human genome.”

Saskatchewanians can stay warm this winter. As of January 2024, Saskatchewan is no longer collecting the Federal Carbon Tax on home heating. 

US car rental giant Hertz dumps electric vehicles in favour of gasoline engines. The company says that (despite tax cuts and price breaks) collision and damage costs are much higher for electric vehicles—just the latest sign of EVs losing traction. Automakers Ford and GM announced last summer they were cutting down production due to a decline in demand.

The mainstream media is losing viewers and trust—and they know it. In a discussion about “misinformation,” the Wall Street Journal’s editor-in-chief lamented mainstream media’s power loss at the World Economic Forum’s annual Davos assembly in January. “We owned the news…we were the gatekeepers.” This sentiment is echoed by recent statistics, such as a recent Gallup Survey revealing that only 16% of Americans trust television news. Corporate news ratings were also down across the board last year, led by CNN’s 68% decline in prime-time.
