- The Supreme Court of New York has ordered all New York City employees who were fired for not being vaccinated to be reinstated with back pay. The court found that “being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting COVID-19.” New York City fired roughly 1,700 employees for being unvaccinated earlier this year after it adopted a vaccine mandate under former Mayor Bill de Blasio. Many of those fired were police officers and firefighters.
- The establishment’s “Zero Meat by 2030” agenda is flopping hard. After receiving $8.5 million from the Liberal government, Aspire Food Group, a cricket flour producer based in London, Ontario, has laid off 100 of its 150 employees and temporarily reduced production at its cricket farming facility.
- An Idaho Health department bans COVID-19 vaccines. Six counties in Southwest Idaho will no longer offer the COVID-19 vaccines.

- After years of being detected at alarming levels, glyphosate, the highly controversial pesticide, is being found at the lowest levels measured in recent history, on average, in breakfast cereal and other oat-based products, according to tests by the American nonprofit Environmental Working Group. Glyphosate exposure has been linked to a variety of adverse health effects. To date, Bayer Monsanto has paid out over 12 billion USD to plaintiffs who have developed a rare form of lymphoma as a result of glyphosate exposure.
- A $170-million class-action lawsuit has been filed against the Province of Ontario and its Chief Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Kieran Moore, alleging negligence, misfeasance in public office, tortious inducement to breach contract, and violations of privacy rights related to the implementation of COVID-19 vaccine mandates for healthcare workers.
- Charges have been dropped against Clayton McAllister, an ice road trucker whose powerful image of him lying peacefully in front of a police line during the Ottawa Freedom Convoy became a worldwide symbol of non-violent protest. McAllister was facing charges of mischief, resisting arrest, and disturbing the peace.
- New CDC report reveals COVID-19 vaccination rates among healthcare workers have plummeted to an all-time low, with staff citing safety and efficacy concerns. The report, published on October 31, 2024, captured an all-time low in COVID-19 vaccine uptake among healthcare workers across the United States during the 2023–2024 respiratory virus season. The data showed that only 15.3% of healthcare workers in acute care hospitals and 10.5% of those in nursing homes received the 2023–2024 COVID-19 vaccine.
- For the second time, Fanshawe College has been ordered to compensate an employee placed on unpaid leave under its COVID-19 vaccine mandate. In the latest case, Arbitrator Norman Jesin ruled in favour of Michael Kennelly, a professor at Fanshawe’s London, Ontario Campus, who challenged the college’s refusal to grant him a religious exemption from its vaccine policy.
- Alberta court certifies class action lawsuit against the provincial government for COVID-19 health orders that impacted businesses during the pandemic, allowing it to proceed. The lawsuit, led by plaintiffs Rebecca Ingram and Christopher Scott, challenges the authority of Alberta’s government to impose business restrictions through Chief Medical Officer of Health orders, which the plaintiffs argue were unauthorized and illegally imposed. The lawsuit seeks compensation on behalf of a broad group of Alberta business owners, claiming that the health orders, issued ostensibly under public health directives, resulted in devastating financial losses.
- Alberta’s ruling United Conservative Party approved a resolution stating, in part: “CO2 is a nutrient foundational for all life on Earth…The earth needs more CO2 to support life and to increase plant yields, both of which contribute to the Health and Prosperity of all Albertans.” The resolution recommended that the Government of Alberta should: Abandon Net Zero targets, remove the designation of CO2 as a pollutant, and recognize that CO2 is a foundational nutrient for all life on Earth.
- Robert Kennedy Jr. has announced that the Trump administration will advise all US water systems to remove fluoride from tap water on day one. “On January 20, the Trump White House will advise all U.S. water systems to remove fluoride from public water,” Kennedy wrote. “Fluoride is an industrial waste associated with arthritis, bone fractures, bone cancer, IQ loss, neurodevelopmental disorders, and thyroid disease… Fluoridation is a dated practice that infringes on medical ethics by ignoring informed consent and lacks the rigorous scientific backing that its promoters claim makes it ‘safe and effective’”.
- A new bill introduced in the US House of Representatives, states that universities and colleges that mandated the COVID-19 vaccine would be liable for medical expenses for students who experienced adverse events from the shot. The University Forced Vaccination Student Injury Mitigation Act of 2024 would require higher education institutions to cover medical costs for students who were—or still are—required to get a COVID-19 shot for class attendance and who experienced an injury. The bill stipulates colleges must cover the medical costs or risk losing all federal funding from the US Department of Education.
- Alberta’s United Conservative Party government has approved amendments to the province’s Bill of Rights that add protections for medical choice, including the right to refuse vaccination, as well as strengthen gun ownership rights, property rights, and freedom of expression. Regarding vaccine choice, it said Albertans will not be “coerced” into receiving medical treatment without consent unless they are “likely to cause substantial harm to themselves or to others.”
- Tucker Carlson apologized recently for making fun of people who believe vaccines cause autism. Carlson told Jimmy Dore that he used to make fun of people who believe vaccines cause autism. He now describes his behaviour as “unthinking, stupid, and reactionary.” “I apologize for that,” Carlson said. Carlson also admitted “I’ve never spent four minutes thinking about vaccines.”
