I Hear You
By Jacqueline Heim
I recently volunteered at the Allison Inquiry on Parliament Hill in Ottawa for all four days, Sept. 8–11, 2026, listening to testimonies from covid-injection-injured Canadians and expert witnesses who provided context for those testimonies: allisoninquiry.com
What struck me was the courage it took; every witness had a range of pain and discomfort in that moment that would cost them days in bed to recuperate from, yet they stepped up to the mic and told their story. The impact of what they have suffered and continue to live with showed in the emotion in their voices and on their faces as they spoke. Each story was unique, yet the same in its physical and emotional toll and injustice. For four full days, we were together in this safe space filled with support, love and empathy as they opened their hearts and we listened.
By day three, the inquiry was trending 7th globally on X. It was a moment in history we had all been hoping and waiting for, representing and connecting with the millions of like-minded and/or injured people all over the world. We were together, even if not all physically. It was an example of the power of deep listening—empathy—that can only foster connection, which in turn fosters healing. I saw how much coming together and being heard meant to the people there. One witness told me, “Having people that understand you helps a lot.” It helps us all.
On a personal level, it was important for me to be at the inquiry. Four years ago, in 2022, my father had a heart attack the day after his Moderna booster and his health slowly deteriorated. He died three months later, on September 8. I couldn’t report his adverse event because his doctor wouldn’t sign the papers. He became yet another lost statistic, an unrecognized, unacknowledged human being who quietly succumbed to the toxic jab with nobody knowing except a small circle of family members.
A few months later, I wrote the following piece. My grief hadn’t started with my father’s death. I had been hearing stories of injury from the covid injection by people on my travels, on social media, in documentaries, through organizations like ukcvfamily.org or realnotrare.org, which has since folded, and the depth of injustice surrounding the censorship and denial of acknowledgment of the injured and the waiving of liability of the pharmaceutical companies moved me to write.
I thank all the people from the bottom of my heart who made the effort with sheer determination and will to cross the country and get to Ottawa to speak, because I know how important that was. For all of us. Millions of us are listening and watching.
I devote this to all the people I have met who have told me their story of covid shot harm, to all the loving witnesses at the Allison Inquiry, and to all those who haven’t, or never had a chance to speak:
I Hear You
You have been in my consciousness for a long time now. I know you are there, and I see you. I want to acknowledge you, all the people—alive and dead—the millions of people who agreed to get the covid mRNA shot and have suffered adverse reactions and injury, often extreme. I hear your story, another life often irreversibly changed, your old life unreachable now, and my heart breaks a little bit more each time.
For many of you, your soul didn’t want to take the shot, but your mind agreed; you couldn’t afford to lose your job, you had a family to support. You had bills to pay, even though you knew deep down it didn’t feel right. You couldn’t handle the pressure around you, the name-calling and the guilt-tripping from a society you saw label, shame, and ostracize those who chose health sovereignty.
For others, you had no idea of the risk because you were not told. Your basic goodness was manipulated when you agreed to the shot because you thought you were doing the “right” thing, yet there was no informed consent, and now you suffer the consequences. You thought you were getting a vaccine.
I know you are out there, and you do too, in spite of the fact that you may not find a doctor or health practitioner who is brave enough, awake enough, fearless enough to connect the dots, but you are the ultimate authority over your body. You know. My father knew.
Your friends and even family may have abandoned you, not believing you when you say you have been injured by the shot. I hear how that feels. We have been listening to your stories for many months now, stories from all over the world, and I have not abandoned you.
At the local community level, you are also revealing yourself. In my very home, I heard you. The corrupted legacy media has tried to prevent us from knowing you exist, but we know you are there; your stories are getting through regardless; more of us recognize your reality; your voices are getting louder; you speak for those who no longer can.
I stand with you as we collectively never give our consent to let this happen again, as we collectively extricate ourselves from a health “care” system that is self-imploding and learn to take care of each other in another way, to listen to our soul next time without fear of judgement or penalization and re-create compassionate, inclusive, preventative true health care approaches that honour the deep intelligence of the body to heal. I know you feel very alone at times because so many of you say this, but I acknowledge you, hear you, understand you, and love you.
