Texas Attorney General Sues Pfizer for Misrepresenting COVID-19 Vaccine Efficacy and Conspiring to Censor Public Discourse

On November 30, 2023, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton published a press release stating Texas has sued Pfizer, Inc., for unlawfully misrepresenting the effectiveness of the company’s COVID-19 vaccine and attempting to censor public discussion of the product.

Pfizer engaged in false, deceptive, and misleading acts and practices by making unsupported claims regarding the company’s COVID-19 vaccine, violating the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

NOTE: This is no coincidence!

May 1, 2023 – Attorney General Paxton launched an investigation into the pharmaceutical companies Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson concerning whether they engaged in gain-of-function research and misled the public about doing so.

May 25, 2023 – The Texas House filed articles of impeachment against Paxton.

September 16, 2023 – Paxton acquitted of 16 charges. Also, he beat George P. Bush in 2022, son of Jeb Bush, for the AG (Attorney General) seat. We also know that many politicians get campaign funds from the pharmaceutical industry, just like the media, which presents a significant conflict of interest.

Karen Kingston, a medical-legal advisor and biotech analyst with 25 years of experience, breaks down the Paxton lawsuit

karenkingston.substack.com/p/did-hear-that-texas-is-suing-pfizer

Texas is suing Pfizer for 18 violations across five counts of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Texas is petitioning for a restraining order against Pfizer and billions of dollars.

Kingston has the expertise and evidence required to provide citizens with the evidence and words to understand and articulate the COVID-19 crimes committed against them under the guise of public health safety and national security. Unlike other legal and medical experts, Kingston understands the EUA and “vaccine” med-legal landscape, its loopholes, and where Pfizer forfeited their alleged iron-clad immunity so that the big pharma giant can be criminally prosecuted and convicted.

Pfizer’s claim

We (Pfizer & BioNTech) believe that today’s Emergency Use Authorization and the subsequent distribution of our vaccine that has demonstrated an efficacy rate of 95% and a favorable safety profile will help to save lives across the United States and could accelerate a return to normality.”

The Problem:

Absolute Risk – is the likelihood of an event occurring under specific conditions. Absolute risk numbers are needed to understand Relative Risks.

Relative Risk – is the likelihood of an event occurring in a group of people compared to another group with different behaviors, physical conditions, or environments. Relative risks alone do not tell the whole story.

It’s Called Science. TRUST IT.

So how did Pfizer convert a less than 1% reduction in risk for COVID-19 to a 95% efficacy claim? It’s called “Vaccine Efficacy” math, “cherry-picking data,” or “SCIENCE.” I’d explain it to you, but according to Pfizer, if you’re not a scientist, “You wouldn’t understand it. So, just Trust the Science.”

Pfizer Gross Profits (with liability protection except for “willful misconduct”)

Willful Misconduct,” the exception to liability protection

Congressional Record Service Report “COVID-19 and Liability Limitations for the Health Care Section” (July 1, 2020) states the following:

Each of these liability limitations has, at minimum, a ‘willful misconduct’ exception that generally excludes from immunity conduct performed in knowing disregard of the safety of others. In the case of the PREP Act, the exception applies only if the willful misconduct causes death or serious physical injury.”

Censorship

On November 9, 2021, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla testified in Congress that “People who spread misinformation on COVID-19 vaccines are criminals and have cost millions of lives.”

Texas AG Paxton addressed the censorship issue in his lawsuit as follows:

Page 41:

F. Pfizer Intimidated and Silenced Persons Who Spread Information About the Vaccine that Undermined Its False Efficacy Narrative.

125. Pfizer also took overt action to intimidate and silence persons who spread factual information about vaccine efficacy. On information and belief, Pfizer engaged in this misconduct to prolong the effectiveness of the company’s deception campaign, thereby maintaining the false impression that its COVID-19 vaccine had more efficacy than in reality. Over the course of 2021, Pfizer’s censorship campaign helped secure commitments to purchase at least 415 million and 2.7 billion doses from the U.S. and foreign governments, respectively, displacing Pfizer’s rivals and achieving the status of first-choice vaccine.

Page 45:

135. On information and belief, Pfizer employed multiple other methods, directly or indirectly, with the intent to provoke and ultimately cause censorship on social media platforms of content adverse to sales or consumption of its vaccine.

Critical-thinking adults always question everything. They don’t follow the herd. When the powers-that-be engage in censorship of free speech and discussion, that’s a sure sign that it should be questioned. Actual science is constantly questioned, despite the rhetoric you heard throughout the pandemic to “Trust the Science.”

Why We Cannot Trust the Vaccine Data” (Druthers article May 2021, page 2)

As you see in this article, pharmaceutical companies have been fined on multiple occasions over decades, but their behavior doesn’t change. Why? Fines are only the cost of doing business, and their profits far outweigh the assessed fines.

The other issue is the revolving door from the FDA to big pharma. The FDA is supposed to oversee the pharmaceutical industry, yet most FDA Commissioners get jobs with the pharmaceutical industry after leaving their post as Commissioner.

Former FDA Commissioner Stephen Hahn joins venture capital group behind Moderna

https://www.foxbusiness.com/politics/former-fda-commissioner-stephen-hahn-joins-venture-capital-group-behind-moderna

Ask yourself, how does a regulator do oversight if they later join the very companies they are supposed to oversee?

Something needs to change, as this isn’t oversight; it looks more like collusion.

Question everything!
