  • Charges against an elderly man who was arrested for honking his horn during the Freedom Convoy have been dropped. Gerald Charlebois, 80, was arrested by police for “allegedly honking his horn” in a video that went viral during the Freedom Convoy protest in Ottawa. As a result of his arrest, Mr. Charlebois sustained several bruises and cuts to his hands, wrists, and knee area. Charlebois’ attorney believes that “Mr. Charlebois may have a civil remedy available to him against the police.”
  • After years of doctors losing their jobs for prescribing Ivermectin, and pharmacies refusing to fulfill prescriptions for the drug, in a Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, Apter et al v. Department of Health & Human Services et al. (a trial focused on whether the FDA interfered with doctors’ ability to prescribe ivermectin for COVID) the FDA announced that doctors now have the authority to prescribe ivermectin “off-label” to treat COVID19.

  • The Ontario Superior Court of Justice has ruled in favor of an Ontario high school student who was arrested for coming to class after declaring that there are only 2 genders. 16-year-old Josh Alexander was suspended last November over comments made about gender in a class discussion and was told he couldn’t return to class until he recanted. When he returned to class without recanting he was promptly arrested by police and charged with trespassing. His high school is now required to hear his appeals regarding multiple suspensions, exclusions, and the trespassing notice.Disciplinary proceedings against a doctor who spoke out against the COVID lockdowns and mandates have been withdrawn by her regulator, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Dr. Kulvinder Kaur Gill, a specialist physician practicing in the Greater Toronto Area, with a background in pediatrics and clinical immunology, has a large following on Twitter/X where she has shared scientific studies and opinions about various government Covid policies since the start of the pandemic. Until this abrupt about-face by the CPSO, as a result of her online advocacy, Dr. Gill had faced constant investigations and disciplinary actions since August of 2020, when she was the target of an online campaign by the corporate media.
