Alberta Premier Danielle Smith announces that the province’s Bill of Rights will be updated to protect Albertans’ personal medical decisions, including the right to refuse a vaccine.

British Columbia announces the end of the COVID emergency and vaccine mandates for healthcare workers in the province.

Tennessee research scientist who was fired for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine has been awarded nearly $700,000. Tanja Benton, who has a religious belief against vaccines, worked for BlueCross since 2005. The jury found that BlueCross did not offer reasonable accommodation without undue hardship. Totaling over $687,000, the jury awarded Benton more than $177,000 in back pay, $10,000 in compensatory damages, and $500,000 in punitive damages.

During the Canadian Federal Ethics Committee on June 18, 2024, Conservative MP Larry Brock called for the RCMP to finally arrest Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for obstruction of justice. Previously, Attorney General Jody Wilson-Raybould presented extensive evidence while testifying before the Justice Committee of the House of Commons. She testified that Trudeau committed the crime of obstruction of justice by interfering with the criminal prosecution of his friends at the Quebec-based construction company, SNC-Lavalin.

In a landmark ruling issued on July 17, 2024, the General Court of the European Union has ordered the European Commission to fully disclose the COVID-19 vaccine contracts it signed with several pharmaceutical companies. After the court found that the Commission had improperly applied exceptions to protect commercial interests, several members of the European Parliament initiated a legal battle seeking greater transparency.

A man arrested and charged for filming police outside a Toronto police station has had his charges withdrawn. James Hearn, who operates the YouTube channel “Ontario Audit,”  is now seeking damages from the department. Hearn was arrested and charged with criminal harassment after police approached him while he was filming a Toronto police station from a city sidewalk.
With representation by The Democracy Fund, the Crown has withdrawn all criminal charges against William Dalton, charged with obstructing a peace officer and causing a disturbance during the peaceful 1 Million March 4 Children rally in Ottawa in 2023. In a viral video of the incident, Dalton is subjected to multiple tasings after being subdued, despite offering no resistance to the arrest. Mr. Dalton joined the March to draw attention to the introduction of sexual orientation and gender identity in the public school curriculum.

John Deere joins Bud Light, Target, and Tractor Supply in announcing the abandonment of all its forays into left-wing causes, diversity quotas, and gender identity projects.

Ontario parents will be notified in advance about guest speakers and their planned activities in schools starting in the 2024-25 school year, according to a new directive from the Ontario Education Ministry. A parental rights advocacy group, Parents as First Educators, is praised for the directive that enables parents to make informed decisions about whether to permit their child to listen to third-party speakers whom they may deem inappropriate.

During this year’s 54th General Assembly for the Organization of American States, foreign ministers and ambassadors from Argentina, Paraguay, Peru, and some from El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, and Grenada took a clear stance against Agenda 2030, calling for the removal of euphemisms such as “sexual and reproductive rights” and “hate speech.”

Saskatchewan wins an injunction to block the CRA from collecting carbon tax pending the full hearing. The showdown between the province and the federal government has been brewing since late 2023, when Trudeau announced home heating oil (used in Atlantic Canada) would be exempt from the price on carbon, but electric heating and natural gas (used in Saskatchewan) would not. Premier Scott Moe called the decision “politically motivated” and announced he would not collect the tax.

Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones was met with a loud chorus of “boos” in Vancouver in July when he mentioned Justin Trudeau.

The Texas Supreme Court upheld a 2023 law making it illegal to subject minors to puberty blockers, transgender hormone interventions, and “gender transition” surgeries. In its 8-to-1 ruling, the court found that “the Legislature had a rational basis for concluding that the risk of providing [transgender interventions] to children solely for the purpose of physically transitioning from their sex at birth was not outweighed by the benefits.”

South Carolina Republican Governor Henry McMaster signed into law a ban on surgically or chemically mutilating confused minors for the sake of “transitioning” them away from their true gender. The Help Not Harm bill, prohibits medical professionals from subjecting anyone under 18 years old to puberty-blocking drugs, cross-sex hormones, or “genital or non-genital gender reassignment surgery.”

A House of Commons Petition to stop harming gender-confused children has just been launched. The online petition (e-5010) is requesting: “1) Cease all physical medical procedures for individuals under the age of 18 and gender-affirming care for those under 16; 2) Adopt evidence-based guidelines that prioritize non-invasive, reversible forms of intervention until individuals reach an age when they can provide informed consent; and 3) Disengage from any association or endorsement of WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health) and its recommendations, as they have been largely discredited and are not conducive to safeguarding the well-being of children and adolescents.”

The Federal Conservatives have tabled a Bill to prevent the Bank of Canada from replacing hard cash with digital currency. They state: “In a world where governments, banks, and corporations are increasingly infringing on the privacy rights of Canadians, cash remains the only truly anonymous form of payment.” This Bill calls for a national framework to ensure continued access to and use of cash in Canada. If passed, it will amend the Currency Act to limit the Minister’s ability to arbitrarily and unilaterally call in Bank notes. It will also amend the Bank of Canada Act, ensuring that the Central Bank does not develop or replace hard currency with a digital dollar.

An appeals court has ruled in favour of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), finding that the federal government’s now-defunct Disinformation Governance Board coordinated with several medical boards to stifle doctors’ free speech on social media platforms during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The first criminal case against Pfizer is underway. Argentinian lawyer, Augusto Roux, experienced “gaslighting” when hospitalized for heart inflammation during his participation in a Pfizer COVID vaccine clinical trial. He is leading this groundbreaking case, alleging that the Pharma giant covered up severe vaccine injuries during COVID-19 trials.

An Ontario court has ruled in favor of a woman who was charged and convicted for refusing to submit to a COVID nasal swab test upon returning home to Canada in 2022. Ontario Court Justice Paul Monahan decided in favor of Meththa Fernando and concluded that in Fernando’s case, requiring her to submit to such an invasive test was unlawful and ordered her conviction be overturned.

A large group of medical doctors, scientists, and academics have initiated and signed a statement calling for the immediate suspension of the mRNA COVID shots. The statement, entitled The Hope Accord, has gained more than 45,000 supporters, including 1,415 medical doctors, 3,887 other healthcare professionals, 1,533 scientists and academics, and 38,977 concerned citizens (as of July 28, 2024).

US Navy SEALs secure victory in class action settlement over COVID-19 vaccine refusal. First Liberty Institute and Hacker Stephens LLP have announced a significant settlement with the US Department of the Navy, impacting thousands of service members who objected to the COVID-19 vaccine on religious grounds.
Another major company moves out of “woke” California. Elon Musk has announced that the headquarters of both SpaceX and X (Twitter) will be relocated from California to Texas. Musk cited California’s new bill banning school transgender notification policies as a large factor influencing his decision.

Kazuhiro Haraguchi, the former Japanese Minister for Internal Affairs, has become the first major politician to apologize for the tsunami of deaths occurring among the vaccinated population. Haraguchi delivered a powerful and emotional apology at a protest against the World Health Organization and World Economic Forum. Haraguchi extended his condolences to those who have lost loved ones and expressed criticism of the ban on Ivermectin, which he believed could have played a significant role in combating the pandemic. Haraguchi urged his audience to remain steadfast in their resolve, saying, “They are trying to block our freedom, our resistance, our power. But we will never lose.” He urged the people to stand united in challenging the government and its questionable decisions.
