- A new study by Johns Hopkins University found, of the 2020 NIH annual budget, 5.7% was spent on COVID19 research -with most spending allocated to vaccines. Only 1.8% of the $42 billion NIH budget last year was spent on clinical research for COVID. Not a single grant was dedicated to studying masking children. - About mask mandates in schools on Fox News, former CDC Director (2018-2021) Dr. Redfield admitted “I haven’t been able to review data that supports that recommendation.” He came to that conclusion after noting the lack of research on this topic since no human randomized-controlled studies were conducted to determine if masks “protect others” from COVID.
