Mark Carney and the Cloward-Piven Strategy

Sociologists Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven devised a plan in 1966 to overload the welfare system by facilitating the mass immigration of people dependent on welfare, aiming to inundate the system. The increase in claims perpetuates a crisis, allowing the government to implement a guaranteed minimum income, ultimately resulting in significant societal change.

This Cloward-Piven eight-point strategy is designed to undermine, disorient, and coerce individuals into capitulating to the government’s will.

Present-day elites have adopted this game plan, which is currently being implemented in Canada. Mark Carney has been chosen to execute this grand scheme, and we can follow the trail of his handiwork.

During the 2020 lockdowns, Carney championed the government’s stimulus program, CERB, which provided financial aid to millions of Canadians at a cost exceeding $81 billion. Carney stated that stimulus support is an “essential tool for the ongoing transition.” This serves as a reminder that the lockdowns were a trial run and were never about our health and well-being. They were designed to promote governmental dominance.

Present-day Canadian debt is insurmountable and is strategically heading towards bankruptcy. The rising cost of living keeps our minds focused on one thing: survival.

In his push for net-zero, Carney adamantly withheld capital investment from carbon-based industries and redirected it towards climate-compliant industries. The result is a forced reduction in the oil and gas sector, leading to an escalation in fuel prices at the pump.

This pre-planned agenda of high inflation, exorbitant food, fuel, and other costs causes tremendous hardship and diminishes the resolve to resist tyranny. People who cannot feed their families often become desperate, which can lead to an increase in crime.

This breakdown of a safe environment paves the way for the introduction of high-tech surveillance, biometric security, and government monitoring. Carney advocates for digital ID—government policing through algorithmic control.

Central bank digital currency (CBDC) is already being tested under Carney’s supervision. Once implemented, this configurable currency will pave the way for freezing bank accounts, imposing purchase limitations, and granting the government total knowledge and control over all personal transactions—the inevitable emergence of slavery and the end of cash, privacy, and freedom.

Carney’s Brookfield advisory group has infiltrated the education system. Their intention is to eradicate freedom of choice and program individuals to comply with digital control. Further down the road is the phasing out of private property ownership through debt, taxes, and government regulations—a blatant extortion move. Carney’s disclosure of the need for neutral equality is meant to pit differing mindsets against each other, resulting in a chaotic environment that necessitates government dominance.

The dismantling of an individual’s spirituality and the foundational family unit forces all moral comprehension to be subjugated by the state.

During a recent CBC/CNN press release, Carney stated, “Freedom is something you earn every day, and that strength is something we need to reinforce.”

In summary, the objective of Carney’s Cloward-Piven plan to encumber and undermine government systems and freedoms IS perceptive. His net-zero agenda serves as a hidden tax strategy, augmenting Chinese Communist Party (CCP) partners, World Economic Forum (WEF) investors, and crown corporations, along with the exploitation of fentanyl allocation through Chinese supply chains within Canada.

South of the border, Kash Patel’s FBI exposed the RCMP and Carney for conspiring with a CCP liaison in Canada’s fentanyl commerce.

I reiterate that the Liberal Party of Canada’s calculated intensification of housing, energy, and food prices continues—a 30.2% increase in grocery costs from 2020 to 2025 is an outright subversion of the Canadian economy.  The crushing blow: no national budget tabled for 2025.

The ongoing economic decline of the Canadian middle class persists. Carney’s immigration policies undermine the natural-born Canadian population—the very people who embrace the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.  Remember the heroic example of the “Canadian truck drivers.”

The Canadian pension plan allocates retirees $1,200.00 per month, in stark comparison to immigrants receiving over $5,000.00 per month,1 having not worked on Canadian soil and paid for by the hard-working taxpayer who continues to grow poorer.

In 2025, nearly one million immigrants arrived, many of whom were unfamiliar with free speech, the Magna Carta, or the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, contributing to a rising cost of living for Canadian families. This is part of Carney’s strategy to replace the population with newcomers aligned with Liberal and WEF influence.

The current government is working to reshape provincial demographics and suppress free speech in order to engineer a population shift that reinforces the liberal agenda.

As foreboding as this information is, may we be motivated to rise above, defend our autonomy, and prevent this travesty from happening.

Alberta’s ultimatum is sovereignty as the Republic of Alberta. We demand control over taxation, borders, and immigration, along with fair representation. The need for the USA’s First and Second Amendment form of rights is paramount to protect Alberta from federal despotism.

To my fellow Albertans, heed this wake-up call. Move forward with what needs to be done to escape this impending incarceration.
